All-Inclusive Pricing
All taxes, duties, and shipping are included in your price — you pay nothing extra on delivery.

100-Day Guarantee
If you don't fall in love with your poster, you can return it within 100 days of delivery.

Return conditions
The poster must be returned in the same condition it arrived: like new, with no signs of use, marks, scratches, bends, or damage.

How to request a return

1. Contact us at info@thepopvision.com
2. Send a photo of the poster showing it meets the conditions above
3. Once approved, we'll email you the return shipping instructions and address in Spain

Important

• Return shipping, plus any customs fees or taxes on the returned package, is paid by the customer.
• Returns must be sent with a tracking number. We're not responsible for return packages lost or unverifiable without tracking.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only issued after we receive the poster and confirm it's in new, unused condition with no signs of wear.
• Posters returned used, damaged by the customer, or without prior photo approval are not eligible for a refund.

Refund processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your poster arrives bent, torn, broken, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thepopvision.com with photos of the damage.

Within this window, we'll send you a new one at no extra cost.

After 48 hours we can't verify the damage occurred in transit, so no replacement or refund will be issued.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct, and reachable delivery address, and for tracking the delivery or contacting the courier in time if a delivery attempt fails.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, wrong address, or incorrect contact details, you can choose:

• Partial refund minus $15 in logistics costs, or
• Reshipment for $15.

The $15 reshipment covers one poster. It will be adjusted for additional units.

Cancellations

Once your order is placed and the confirmation email is sent, it can't be canceled — we begin processing orders automatically the moment they come in.

If you change your mind, you can return your poster once it arrives, under our 100-Day Guarantee (see above).

Product Appearance

Because this is a 3D lenticular product, colors and the motion effect may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Minor variation from the photos is normal and not considered a defect.
